Geocaching is a modern day way to go outside and do a treasure hunt with your whole family just outside!
When I first started I had to get a GPS app on my phone and all I now needed was the coordinates to a cache. You can get them from the internet . My first cache was in california I went online and found a chache that was near my house. the Cache was by the beach and suposly buried inside a beach hut. I turned my gps on and it made a straight line to the beach i rode my bike there and it took a long time but I still made it. I walked the whole beach but i could not find any “hut” It was untill I sterted to look into the dunes.
I sawd a pile of dead beachgrass and I walked toward it there was a log and a roof like structure that was covered in the beach grass. I couldnt get in through the opening because it was too small it must hae been a window. I walked behind it and fond a defenate enterance to the hut the inside was amazing! I could just about stand up inside there was a bench a fireplace and just open space a log in the middle kept the roof from faling i dug into the dsand under the binch and sure enough there was a little box with keychains in it! Its not the prize that made me happy but the fact that i acomplished it and found the cache. you should go out and find a cache too!
